Cindra Zambo started in the transportation industry in 1979 for a breakbulk cargo broker, Hub Shipping Company after many years as a paralegal for law firms specializing in Business Contracts and Real Estate. In 1982, she became the Traffic Manager for Kaufmann Dietrich, a multinational trader in hides and skins, with responsibility for all domestic and international traffic from plants within and outside the USA.

She founded Aces Ltd., an international freight forwarder in 1982, opened offices on the 3 coasts in the USA and was the exclusive agent for Northeast Consolidators, Inc., the number one third party logistics provider for lumber/logs and related articles. Aces Ltd. was sold to Kuehne + Nagel in 2005 and became Kuehne + Nagel's Forest Products Division.

Cindra Zambo is married to Stephen Zambo and has four children, two of whom work in the transportation industry.
