Important Information for Exhibitors

Exhibitors at the 2010 NHLA Annual Convention in Vancouver will be contacted by a customs broker, Livingston Event Logistics, and convention services company, Show in Motion. NHLA has chosen these companies because of their expertise and ability to help you navigate through the intricate framework of customs’ regulation quickly and efficiently.

Exhibiting companies receive two complimentary convention registrations. Exhibitors must be registered to receive a name badge. Download the PDF Registration Form and return by mail, email or fax. Complimentary registration cannot be completed online. Questions regarding registration should be directed to Trisha Clariana, Office Manager at 901-399-7552.

There are no refunds on booth space cancellations after August 1, 2010.
