The deadline for early booth registration is March 31, 2010. Pay the full cost of the booth by March 31, 2010 and save $100! There are no refunds on booth space cancellations after August 1, 2010.

Exhibitors at the 2010 NHLA Annual Convention in Vancouver will be contacted by a customs broker, Livingston Event Logistics, and convention services company, Show in Motion. NHLA has chosen these companies because of their expertise and ability to help you navigate through the intricate framework of customs’ regulation quickly and efficiently.

Exhibiting companies receive two complimentary convention registrations. Exhibitors must be registered to receive a name badge. Download the PDF Registration Form and return by mail, email or fax. All exhibitors receive a 100 word company description in the 2010 NHLA Convention Magazine. Deadline for company description submission is July 15, 2010. Company descriptions should be submitted to Renee Hornsby, Director of Communications at 901-399-7560.
