		First Time Convention Attendee Information Registration Book early and save. The Early Bird registration discount ends July 31. Registration materials are not mailed but are available for pickup onsite. Please visit the registration area when you arrive. You will receive your badge, registration list, and other convention related materials. Pre-Register for Events The Hardwood Forest Foundation Golf Tournament, Vancouver City Tours, Spouse/Guest Program and Grand Finale Dinner do require pre-registration. You can register for these events when completing the convention registration. If you would like to attend any of the events but forgot to register in advance contact Trisha Clariana, Office Manager at 901-399-7552. New Airline Partner NHLA has partnered with Delta Airlines to provide attendees with discounted travel opportunities.For Delta Airline reservations or ticketing assistance call 1-800-328-1111. Refer to discount code NM58W to receive up to a 7% airfare discount. Attire A coat and tie is suggested for Opening Session. The remainder of the convention is business casual. The Grand Finale Dinner is themed and cocktail dress is suggested. Bringing Guests Anyone who attends an NHLA function or wants admittance to the Exhibit Showcase must be registered and wearing a 2010 NHLA Convention name badge. If you are traveling with a spouse who wants to attend the Grand Finale Dinner only, you can pay the non-registered dinner guest fee when you complete registration or on-site. One-Day Pass A one-day pass is available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The one-day pass gives access to the exhibit hall, educational seminars and receptions on that specific day.
