NHLA Annual Convention & Exhibit Showcase



		Media Convention attendees and members of the press are invited to visit the press room on Thursday, October 14 through Saturday, October 16. Sponsors and exhibitors will present new products and services during scheduled press conference times. This is a great way for members to learn detailed information about a new product or service and to ask questions directly of the expert. Questions regarding the press room should be directed to Renee Hornsby, Director of Communications at 901-399-7560. Media Registration Editorial representatives (editors, reporters, writers, television and broadcast/Internet reporters) from approved media outlets are welcomed at the 2010 NHLA Annual Convention & Exhibit Showcase. Please complete and submit the Media Registration Form. Upon approval, your badge will be held for pick-up onsite in the Press Room. You will need to show a photo ID. In addition to completing the media registration form, please be prepared to submit the following credentials/identification: Business card with individual’s name and title and the name of an approved media outlet (presented on-site along with photo ID) and one of the following: 1. The mast page from an approved media outlet with individual’s name and title listed.* 2. A copy of or an Internet link to a current by-lined article published in an approved media outlet within the year.* (Should be sent via email or fax with completed media registration form) Freelance writers:* Please present a letter of assignment from an approved publication. Writers not on an assignment may provide a copy of an industry-relevant by-lined article, published within the past year in an approved media outlet. In some cases, additional credentials or support materials may be requested. NHLA reserves the right to deny press registration if acceptable credentials are not provided; and to refuse anyone a press badge, at any time and for any purpose.
